How to Play RouletteIt is a game played at a table with a roulette wheel containing numbered slots. European roulette table contain one zero while American roulette table contain two. The table is numbered 0 to 36 and the wheel contains the corresponding numbers. In roulette the zero is always green, odd numbers are red and the even numbers are black. Once you have placed your bets on the roulette table, the croupier (dealer) releases a small white ball into the already spinning wheel. If the ball lands on number that you have bet on directly or even indirectly depending on the type of bet you made, you will be paid out correspondingly, before a new round of betting starts. Roulette Bets and PayoutsThere are many types of bets you can lay in roulette, each with their own payout. It's fair to say roulette bets with with the lowest payouts offer higher odds of winning and those with the highest payouts offer lower odds of winning. In online roulette, minimum and maximum bets will be different depending on the online casino and the particular roulette game or variant you choose to play.
